By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and trade partners.
2. Product Information & Natural Variation
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our wood and PVC panels as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of wood veneer and variations in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee exact color matches.
Important Notice on Batch Matching: Wood veneer is a natural material. For panel orders placed more than three (3) months apart, it is unlikely that the panels will match perfectly due to natural aging and batch-to-batch variations. If you require a consistent appearance across multiple areas, we strongly recommend purchasing the required quantity for the entire project at one time. If you anticipate needing additional stock, please consult our team before placing your order.
3. Order Terms & Account Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct; if a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Requests: All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, the sale is considered final.
- Condition: Products must be received back in their original, unaltered condition and original packaging. Products showing signs of use, wear, or missing components cannot be refunded.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on samples or opened boxes. We do not process refunds or returns based on natural color variations inherent to wood products.
5. Delivery & Missing Items
- Shipping: UPS may deliver your order in separate parcels on different dates.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing, we will raise a claim with the courier. Replacements will only be sent once the courier officially confirms the item as lost. If tracking shows “Delivered” to your address, you must notify us via email within 24 hours.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CLT Accent Wall Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Professional installation is highly recommended; improper installation by the customer or third-party contractors is not covered under our quality guarantee.
7. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using our site or content for unlawful purposes, harassing others, or infringing on our intellectual property rights. All content, including images and descriptions, is the property of CLT Accent Wall Studio.
